Forces Insurance is definitely NOT boring!!!

Well, IT IS NOT AT INSIGNIA.

This month saw the launch of the first edition of the Insignia newsletter which will update all our customers not only with what’s going on in Insignia’s world, but also news on our military insurance products, as well as competitions and giveaways.

Why did we launch this? We firmly believe that to lead the way in HM Forces insurance, businesses should provide a continuous service to their customers 12 months of the year. In this day and age, forces insurance providers should provide MORE than:

• Collecting your premiums
• Sending you documents
• Managing your claims
• Making policy amendments

We think forces insurance brokers should let you (the customer) know about developments that affect you. Give you the option to interact on a social level….and ABOVE ALL thank you customer for your continued support by “giving something back”.

That why the newsletter idea was devised and also the birth of Club Insignia followed shortly after.

But why just stop at sending out a monthly newsletter for our customers to read and possibly pass on?

Today we have launched the “audio version” (which you can listen to at the top of this post) so that all our forces customers, their friends and colleagues can listen to updates any time when its hits their social media forums or when they visit our website. Another first for the military insurance market a further example of how we are creating continued change in the forces insurance sector.

On top of that we will also be launching a weekly 60 second military newsflash which will detail news, events and charity updates from around the Forces community. We are even happy to include any events or fundraisers our customers are organising or taking part in.

We believe providing insurance to the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force is a privilege, that’s why we are so determined to revolutionise this market. Your insurance provider does not need to be boring!!

Insignia is not… we are happy to leave that to the others.
